Which version of Necropolis do you like best?

I see there are topics about creatures, but I couldn't find one comparing castles. :) Necropolis is present in the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th parts of Heroes (is it in the 4th part?). But in each part, it differs significantly from the previous version in its internal appearance. So, I'm interested in which Necropolis in Heroes is closest to you? Besides the internal appearance, I suggest comparing the race compositions, the appearance of the creatures, and their abilities.
