No one has the right to a humanitarian restart against anyone, including based on the current tournament regulations.
The rules for restarts are uniform and FAIR for everyone, and there is no point in complaining about some kind of "different" injustice, especially by insulting an opponent.
P.S. I would slap you with 25 violation points according to the HeroesWorld rules, especially considering you are from Homo Homini.

Sacrifice is absolutely not mandatory; if they try hard enough, they can remove you from the competition as "undesirable" anyway, but since you are on the list of participants, it means the organizer and the judging panel do not plan that, and opponents should follow the rules (they are for everyone).
It's another matter if you yourself feel uncomfortable — that's your business... it was merely a piece of advice.
