As for Conflux, I took a couple of lessons from a skilled hero. There, Air is rarely upgraded to Storms. 10-15 Air is a huge advantage, especially against Undead/Golems.

Well, in Conflux, there are plenty of butterflies; they're expendable, and it's quite easy to use them to draw enemy fire and absorb damage. But what if you're using only low-tier units for this purpose?:D With 4-5 speed, they won't get very far:rolleyes: ...
This is one of the main drawbacks of Humans – they don't have fast native units from the start. You can easily fall behind without a speed boost, and it's difficult to kite melee units and block ranged units – it's just not great in that regard. Should you really build Griffins just for all of this?)))
