Created a thread - http://forum.heroesleague.ru/viewtopic.php?p=83075#83075

Basically, all Siberians here! Let's discuss and decide. It's not a simple task, we don't have any established methods, but maybe with our combined efforts, we can come up with something and organize it!

P.S. If a similar thread is needed on World and Portal, I can create it, but it would be better to discuss everything in one place!

I will also participate and am ready to help in any way I can, after September 20th.
