Since Pavel is asking, I'll post one (I've wanted to for a while). It happened in a real online game (with Dubrovin Pavel, by the way). So, I was playing as Rampart, and I found a stash of uniques guarded by 20-49 minotaurs. I thought there were 20+, so I gathered everything I could on level 114 and went on the attack. When I saw there were 33 of them, I thought, "That's it, I'm going to lose." But I won online, losing all my healing potions, half my units, and 1 wood. Then I tried to repeat the battle – it turned out to be very difficult. Give it a try ;)
