Discussion of the Section

1) Since I'm adding news, I think it's fair to make me a moderator of the section. 2) Suggestions for the section system: a) In the main topic, messages with a brief description of the news are posted, along with a link to the news topic. b) In the main topic, full messages are posted, and the discussion takes place in a separate topic. c) In the main topic, the first message is like a map. PS: I think the topic should be pinned. 3) Return the main topic with news to being pinned in the forum, and have only discussions in the section.
