I'll think about the wording for the restart.

It seems that the restart should not be based on the presence of passages, but on the presence of roads. That is, if there is not at least one road to zones 6, 7 for red or 8, 9 for blue, then restart. Similar to the restart based on the single road in GO on the small map.
