The first castle was either the Swamp or the Conflux; my experience with the game was minimal, and it was only thanks to Heroes of Might and Magic II that I even started playing. But at six years old, I couldn't play properly. When playing as the Conflux, I always tried to build Elven Archers because I liked their appearance. Something similar happened with the Lizardmen from the Swamp and the Knights from the Necropolis. I played terribly. Now I only play In the Wake of Gods occasionally, and I usually play as the Necropolis, less often as the Dungeon.
