Мафия 6. The Will of Swamps

look what I found by searching for an image, I started with India: http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Индия
and immediately noticed that a similar symbol is on the flag, so I checked it out: http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Флаг_Индии and read:

In the center of the flag is an image of a wheel with 24 spokes, dark blue in color. This image, known as the "Ashoka Chakra" (Dharmachakra), is the national emblem of India.

And when I looked up this "Dharmachakra," I saw: http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Дхармачакра
doesn't it remind you of anything? :D
