I recommend Sky-Link. The speed is significantly higher, and the price is slightly lower. The only downside is that you'll have to spend a bit on a modem: 3-4 thousand rubles.
I have one of these at home: 1200 rubles per month. 500 Mbps during the day (from 9 am to 12 am) and 500 Mbps at night (from 12 am to 9 am).
There's also an unlimited plan: 2700 rubles per month, but there's a limit: no more than 50 Mbps per hour.
Regarding the unlimited plan, it's very complicated, and it depends on which protocols are used. The unlimited plan is definitely limited.
The biggest advantage is a stable connection throughout the Leningrad region and in any location in the city. I even used it to access the internet in Moscow.
