I recommend Sky-Link. The speed is significantly higher, and the price is slightly lower. The only downside is that you'll have to spend a bit on the modem: 3-4 thousand rubles.
I have one at home: 1200 rubles per month. 500 Mbps during the day (from 9 am to 12 am) and 500 Mbps at night (from 12 am to 9 am).
There's also an unlimited plan: 2700 rubles per month, but there's a limit: no more than 50 Mbps per hour.

In short, Sky-Link is great for internet access.
