Shiva is pleasing to the eye; he has four arms, four faces, and three eyes. The third eye, located in the center of his forehead, and his fiery gaze makes all living beings cower.

Elementary! The third eye! Take a close look at Magnus's picture; it's there too, just like on Plesen's avatar!
I don't see any more clues for now, but it seems we already have a prime suspect x)

I see grounds to suspect Arandor, judging by his avatar.
