Tournament organization.

I think we can talk about it now. The ability to play as one race or another will come with practice, but what I consider especially important for tournaments is the problem of cheats. It would be good if there was an option in the release to disable them before the start of a match, without the possibility of enabling them during the game (this exists in WoG). Please excuse my harshness, but cheating in any form makes me want to punch someone in the face:mad:.
