Can you use a single genie to banish the monster from the castle on the first day?

Why banish it? The bear is actually quite easy to kill; even I managed it. It's a nice puzzle, by the way. Thanks to the author for the map; it's not too difficult and it's beautiful. Sorry for not providing support; as always, I left everything for later.
