Against which factions is it easier for demons to fight, and against which is it more difficult?

Dwarves (rune of elemental invulnerability), Academics, Sylvan elves (only if they have high initiative), and humans (if they have dispel magic). Orcs are strictly forbidden! (Brrr, I can just imagine Hegesh's centaurs as subordinates, Brrr).
