13th Warrior

Plot (briefly):
Ahmed Ahmedovich goes to distant galaxies, where he meets bearded, unwashed Vikings. The "churka" (a derogatory term) tells the Vikings that 12 bearded Vikings and 1 "khachik" (a derogatory term for a person from the Caucasus) should go on the journey. The thirteenth is the main character. After some time, listening to the Vikings, he SUDDENLY begins to understand their language, and says to one of the gnomes... Vikings, "don't you dare insult my mother" (or something like that). Well, and then a depressing plot unfolds.
