Sacred Haven of Debauchery

In Rome: Total War, any cavalry unit would fall even to the weakest spearmen, arranged in a phalanx. There's no need to exaggerate.

We send one unit in a frontal attack. As soon as they reach their target, we order them to retreat, and in the brief moment between the start and end of their attack, we strike with the rest of the cavalry from the rear/flank. The spearmen are destroyed. By the way, I could easily repeat this trick in Medieval. So, there's no exaggeration here.
