The answer is as follows: first, we need to conduct a survey among players on the following topics:
1) Is there a desire to participate?
2) When is it possible to come (at least for 5 days, otherwise it doesn't make sense)?
3) Where is it possible to come (in terms of money and time)?
4) On which versions of the game are you willing to play?

1) Only as a spectator, a fan. Perhaps I can offer some small sponsorship to the winner (winners).
2) For the final, for a few days, preferably in winter, closer to New Year's.
3) It doesn't matter, the main thing is that the city has an airport. It would be good to know the date of the final in advance, a month before (tickets can be bought for about 6 thousand cheaper).
