The Druid improvement building is constructed without any problems, as it does not require wood. Druids are always my first purchase, so I always have them. Elven heroes without troops are not useless. What's wrong with considering all factors? After all, a hero only makes sense if they have troops. And this must be taken into account, otherwise the vote will be meaningless.
