The answer is as follows: first, we need to conduct a survey among players on the following topics:
1) Is there a desire to participate?
2) When is it possible to come (at least for 5 days, otherwise it doesn't make sense)?
3) Where is it possible to come (in terms of money and time)?
4) On which versions of the game are you willing to play?

My answers:

1) Yes
2) New Year's holidays (if I get leave from work), as well as in spring/summer if I take a vacation.
3) Anywhere within the European part of the USSR
4) TE-full (preferably), TE-light (acceptable), I will not play on SoD 100%.

If, based on the results of the survey, a sufficient quorum is gathered, then we can start organizational activities.
