The most difficult alternative

Sometimes, neutral creatures, especially at higher difficulty levels, charge at the heroes and ignore everything else until they are defeated. In such situations, neither the Nagas, Dungeon creatures, nor the Titans will help. Potions of Immortality are the only salvation.

Well, originally, they always seem to charge at the heroes, especially if the heroes have poor defense (they are less likely to attack armored units). But if a neutral creature sees any unit within its attack range, it will attack that unit. That is, a neutral monster will not waste a turn moving if it can attack (it should be noted that it will try to position its attack so that it also reduces the distance to the heroes/archers). Therefore, it is always best to keep them at a distance.
