Confirmed.
The Guardian of Order is not on the road; the entrance to the teleport is guarded by 19 Fanatics, and there are Grand Griffons and regular Griffons on the snow, but I found a hidden stash of archers, and there was a stable on the road, so I decided to play. On turn 117, I upgrade Valeska's secondary town, which is a bit sad :), but I found another hidden stash of archers, so I feel a little better. Valeska is leveling up well; on turn 121, she's already level 10, with Expert Archery, Tactics, and starting Earth and Magic skills.
On the second map, I decide to break through to the opponent and take advantage of my archers, otherwise, they won't be useful later. But first, I ran to the library and visited the +1 and +2 attack upgrade locations nearby, advanced Earth magic, and went down to the dungeon (Inferno behind the Fanatics), bought a book, and cleared the path. I sent Ciel for reconnaissance; she ran out into the sunlight and was one tile short of reaching the vision range, and who knew that the main opponent was half a turn away, and Kirrh was very close with his army. In short, I was caught off guard. And the main thing is that I had the first turn, so I positioned myself to cast Mass Slow and shoot down the Grand Griffons and regular Griffons, but, oh my god, I forgot that Earth magic wasn't expert. Well, that's that:smile21:
I've lost to Valeska for the umpteenth time because of my own mistakes. I guess it's incurable.:smile32:
Thanks for the game.
