The beauty of such tournaments (where something is kind of forbidden/restricted) is that new players appear. Our task is to attract new players, not to play in our own sandbox, right?

So, I would be in favor of allowing beginners to play in all tournaments.

Although, specifically regarding this character, I support you, Sam. The guy (who wrote the post in the masculine gender) is not quite right in the head; he must be some kind of maniac to pretend to be a girl. There's no excuse with the "I'm just kidding" line. This is already a pathology, the beginning of a process.
This guy takes the game too seriously - and it's just a game - so, in my opinion, we don't need such a "wonder" here. :)
