I spoke with loi the other day about a different matter and asked him about this report. Loi replied that he is not posting reports on HW right now, he only plays with Dream (the game is confirmed there), and this was agreed upon with his opponent.
Please ask Captain to delete the report or contact any member of the AC and refute this information.
