I advise you to reinstall QIP Infium on a different drive.

During reinstallation, after deleting the program, clean the registry of the program to be deleted (I recommend using the "Uninstall Tool" program (included in the Beast Windows suite)).

As for me, I use MailAgent with built-in ICQ, which is very convenient. But I still prefer QIP.
