Perhaps, but it's unlikely that on the second day, you'd encounter a Gestapo agent. Here's a quote from the crime scene, where this clue was found:

Ah, what a wonderful person our Kash was; everyone still remembers his favorite, wise words: "All non-Aryans are doomed to extinction!"
It's unlikely that the description of a Gestapo agent's murder would look like this. By the way, are clues also used for these kinds of murders?
