That's exactly what happened. I didn't take the Utopia max on turn 147, influenced by the loss in the previous game, and by turn 211, Kirr was already in my capital with 8 archangels and 30 defense. In one round, my shooters didn't even take away half of the archangel's health. No chance. Maybe I should have left Orrin in the capital.
