2nd offline tournament

Hey everyone! I recently joined you, and I'm very happy about it and really want to participate in the second Tournaments. I haven't figured everything out yet, but I'm still eager to participate, with your help, of course :) I might seem silly, but here's the situation... I have Sod, I downloaded WOG and TE, the map, etc. It seems like everything is working and launching. But firstly, the language is a mix of Russian and English, and who knows what else. Then, when loading, a menu appears, and I have to choose some rules and other things. Shouldn't you have set the same rules for everyone right away? What difficulty level should I choose? I followed all your instructions, dear Admin & Natasha!!! I put TE in the Data folder, etc. What should I do? I want to play and participate!!!!! And another question: are there any Heroes 3 tournaments held in Moscow, in clubs, etc., and who organizes them? If it's not too much trouble, could you provide a couple of addresses and some information? Thank you in advance!...:)
