Great Battle

I started playing as the Dark Elves. I wouldn't say the map is very difficult (I'm playing in hero mode), but there are a few drawbacks. First, the skills aren't developing the way I want them to. I'd like there to be a feature on this map that affects skill development. Also, there's a constant shortage of wood/ore. I only played up to 1-2 months in the game, but then I had to wait 5 minutes for my turn, which was too much, so I didn't finish the map, even though I had the advantage...

By the way, in the very beginning, on days 2-3, a hero attacked me, and I barely survived! He left me with 1 Azure Dragon and 6 hit points!
