I'm looking for Heroes players who play quickly (1-2 minutes per turn, but WITHOUT a timer!).

We’ve discussed this many times – those rules that are posted on the main page were written a long time ago, haven’t been updated since, and no one reads them. Currently, the rules for tournaments and regular games are based on the RP rules – http://www.forum.heroes.by/viewtopic.php?t=680&start=0. Any differences are either agreed upon before the game or specified by the tournament organizer in the main post of the thread.
