It doesn't seem like this is "Best of the World."
I don't believe that if someone really wants to, they can't find time in a week or two to play a game. Everyone has things to do, some during the day, some at night. Someone can then make concessions, why not?
If you can't agree, it's a zero for both, so why the 0.5?
If someone is really stirring up trouble, let the AC (Administration Committee) deal with it, and decide who's at fault. That's what they were chosen for.
Take a look at "Novichok-2009." I don't know why, but everything is played on time. If something isn't played, it gets a zero, and not a single person complains. But I'm ashamed of you.

P.S.: And who, for example, will play with me from 4 PM Moscow time until they drop? I'm fine with that. Are there any willing participants?

If some tournament brings us together, I'm okay with playing at 4:00 AM Moscow time on a Saturday or Sunday; I'll just go to bed earlier in the evening and I have an alarm clock.
