Best of HeroesWorld - final of the strongest (autumn 2009)
Players are given a specific time limit for each round, during which they must play the game. They will determine the game time themselves through negotiation; no one intends to force them to play on a rigidly defined day and hour. But if players cannot (do not want to) find common ground on the timing issue, then neither of them has the right to a technical victory – the most logical solution in this case is: a draw for both.
No, that won't work; we need to introduce a mandatory time in the rules, say, any day within a two-week period, from 10:00 to 23:00 Moscow time, and people should find a common time (well, I can't formulate it properly, maybe someone can suggest something reasonable), and demanding a game in the middle of the night is absurd. IMHO.
