Due to the fact that there are already players who have conflicting schedules with me, and more are expected. In total, this is 2-4 out of 9 participants. Also, due to the fact that the current rules discriminate against my position in this situation, there is doubt about my ability to participate in this tournament. (see section IV. Adherence to tournament deadlines)

IV. Adherence to tournament deadlines.
1. The preferred time for games is evenings on weekdays and any time on weekends and holidays***. The website is Russian, so we live and agree according to Moscow time.
