Here's a tip for those who are struggling: in the "Wisdom of Mother Earth" mission, you need to go through all the huts (the huts act as portals). Then, you will encounter a demon hero, and you must kill him to win the mission. As for the "Hunt the Hunter" mission, it's not glitched in patches 3.0 and 3.1, which means you haven't captured all the mage cities. In the final mission, you can't do anything about Kujin because she has a weak army, and she herself isn't very powerful. Gothai will avenge her, but you shouldn't be penalized for losing Kujin.
