Allow me to point out to Alex_R that it has long been clearly stated that the decisions of the Arbitration Committee are not subject to discussion, and appeals are not accepted. The Arbitration Committee consists of respected and authoritative individuals, and your claims against them seem unfounded and hysterical. There was plenty of time to agree on the game; those who took it seriously played, and those who didn't – well, that's their problem. I support the decisions of the Arbitration Committee and understand less and less people like Alex; they constantly cause scandals and provocations. Ugh.
