The AC reviewed the situations in the matches of round 5, Alex_R vs. vitalic, and round 6, Alex_R vs. Vigo, and made a decision:
-The match between Alex_R and Vitalic is declared invalid, and both will receive a technical loss in the BOHV tournament.
-The match between Vigo and Alex_R is also declared invalid, and both will receive a technical loss.

Is this just grasping at straws?
To take 2 points out of 7 possible, while still winning the other five – this is a typical situation for Real players, where either someone got in the way or someone simply paid to influence the outcome. Yes, I'm writing something unpleasant, but I can't call it anything else.
In the case of Vigo, the organizer was practically forcing him to play, even though he immediately agreed to a technical result, which he even posted.
Nevertheless, despite the unusual interest of the organizer (or someone else) in avoiding this technical result, I conducted negotiations with Vigo for this round, as if ignoring his early agreement to a technical result. I sent the game logs to the organizer after the round.
In the 5th round against Vitalic, negotiations did take place, and initially, they were going well, although it was difficult. But it seemed to me that after we saved the game at turn 117 (a stage without restarts), Vitalic became less disciplined and less interested in conducting negotiations. As proof, there are ICQ logs, and, in fact, an offer for a draw.
In most similar situations, I would have agreed to a draw, but here, according to my assumptions, Vitalic was supposed to score the same number of points as me, which would ultimately be unfavorable to me. I wanted to either win or lose, which is what I wrote to him, refusing the draw.
Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to force him to continue the game or to refuse, although there are logs of at least two episodes where Vitalic deviated from the agreed-upon time.
Due to Pete's strict monitoring before my departure, all logs for this round, as well as the save at turn 117, were sent.
I also wrote to Pete that, if necessary, I am ready and willing to finish the game upon my return, as it is decisive. And now I see that they just steamrolled over everything.
By the way, both of these situations have already happened in this tournament, and specifically with me.
When, due to Smoke's complete disregard for the 1st round, I still received a technical victory (no one was forcing him to play).
And also the game with Archivog in the 3rd round, when we saved the game after playing terribly, only reaching turn 114, and after that, there were difficulties in finishing the game, but nevertheless, the result was counted for me.
