Actually, such a spelling ("Star Wors") is utter heresy, Madame Guillotine would weep at the sight of it.
But I can paint a picture of this individual's thought process.
P1) Everyone says "Star Wars."
P2) I'm so cool, I learned English and know that "war" is pronounced "wor" (if you're being extremely simplistic).
P3) So, I'll show off and write it the way it's "supposed" to be – it's just a transcription, after all!

IMHO, that's a plausible explanation.
