I'm for Ulric! I won't be swayed by any Special Units:p! I suggest only replacing the unit with the Führer's knowledge with a new unit, the "doppelganger" (because all major rulers had them back then, and Hitler definitely did!), i.e., when the Führer is killed for the first time, his doppelganger dies, but it might also reveal who the Führer really is – we need to think about this further...
