I think if the answer options were more neutral, the result would be different. As it is, only a few people are voting for the option "I am satisfied with the current restart rules," and that's precisely because it doesn't sound very appealing! I'm sure that many people were able to switch to a better generation thanks to the existence of re 113, but few would want to vote for the option that says "I like wasting time," even among the most ardent supporters of restarts 111 and 113.
