Tactics for playing as/against Barbarians.

1. Goblins - mid-tier units of the first level. 2. Orcs - IMHO, upgraded orcs, ranked 1st or 2nd on the 2nd level (along with gargoyles). 3. Wolves - They hit hard but die quickly. IMHO, they are mid-tier in terms of power for their level. 4. Ogres - Upgraded, they rank 2nd on their level (after wampbloods). Hard to kill! 5. Trolls - Regeneration makes them very useful at the beginning of the game, and good damage and high survivability are always helpful. IMHO, they rank 1st or 2nd on their level along with hydras. 6. Cyclops - They are weak for their level. Useful for battles in tight spaces, where you can often position them to hit two enemies at once. High growth doesn't save them.
