Wizard – “Hope of Zephyr” [Campaign 6, Mission 5]

At the end of the game, it is mentioned that our highly respected queen got pregnant... and not by just any demon, but by the most "horned" one of them all... So, at the end, she and Godric enter the church where she married Nicholas at the beginning of the game... and her eyes are red, and now she bows to a different god... Is this what the whole game was built around? Will she remain evil?

Well, this is a classic. Have you seen Godzilla? In the end, Godzilla was killed, and all the eggs were destroyed. But then, at the very end, before the credits, they showed that one egg remained and was already hatching. And so it is in many films: a delayed bad ending. Instead of destroying evil forever, evil lurks within the most virtuous hero. It's true that Isabelle has gone mad: she followed the necromancer, arrested Godric, ruined (with Marckel's help) the Griffin Empire, and so on. And what happens after that? After the dying Nicholas declares that he wants Isabelle to become queen! She angrily orders Godric to call her queen, and then, the Overlord implanted his child in her (it's interesting who it will be - a girl or a boy?), which could only exist in evil, protected by the red blood cells of Archdevils, which were attacked by the white blood cells of Archangels.
