Clans Wars: on-line (Summer-2009)

I have some questions.
1) Which clan does the Vampire clan play against in the second round?
2) Can I play against someone who is using the TE-Lite version?
In the first round, I played against Decominator. The opponent said they didn't have TE, but they spent 10-15 minutes on each turn in SOD. After such games, I don't feel like playing. I would have preferred to play against Dreamcatcher. We live in the same city and have the same time zone:) and I would gladly play a 1800+300 game with battles against him.
