2nd offline tournament

Folks! Hello everyone. I recently joined you, but I'm very glad about it and really want to participate in the second tournament. I haven't figured everything out yet, but the desire is there for now, with your help of course :) I might seem stupid, but here is my situation... I have Sod, downloaded WOG and TE, maps, etc. Everything seems to be working and launching. But first of all, it's unclear—the language is Russian, English, and god knows what else. Then—upon loading, a menu appears and I have to choose some rules or something. Shouldn't you have set the same ones for everyone right away?? What difficulty level?? I followed all your instructions, dear Admin & Natasha!!! I dropped TE into the Data folder, etc. What should I do?? I want to play and participate!!!!! And another question: are there Heroes3 tournaments held in Moscow, in clubs etc., and who organizes them??? If it's not too much trouble, please send a couple of addresses or some information.
