This is a suggestion to play a game right now, and it's hard to call it an agreement. Maybe it's a mass message sent to the entire contact list?

For me, the most convenient time to play is 5-10 AM Moscow time (8-1 PM for me). Let me write to everyone in ICQ at that time. "Hi, wanna play?", and then I'll complain that no one answered and keep demanding it. Is that okay?
