Earls or Jarls.

When is it worth building Tanners, considering 20 crystals is a lot? And subsequently, who should you recruit: Jarls with fire magic or Earls with storm strike? I think this question has worried everyone at some point, or does anyone have their own ideal choice? I'm a bit hesitant when choosing these "giants"... :smile15:
