But, as it turns out, in chess there is a rule that tournament participants who have played less than 50% of their games are disqualified, the results of the played games are annulled, and their opponents are awarded tech. wins. If we follow this rule, Britvochka should be given another tech. loss in the game with Psyche_7.

Due to work and studies, I manage to play no more than 2-4 games a week. Therefore, I've gotten used to strictly planning games to meet the deadlines. 80% of the games are by prior agreement, otherwise you'll miss all the deadlines. I love round-robin tournaments: you know all the opponents and deadlines in advance, and it's easier to agree.
In June, I had 5 tournaments.
My plans regarding the SOY for all 5 weeks:
Week 1 (until June 5-7) - first game (played with Psyche_7 - round 4 - agreed in advance and easily - played on June 7),
Week 2 (until June 12-14) - second game (played with Javdet - round 1 - met by chance on June 13 and played immediately),
Week 3 (until June 19) - did not plan and did not play in any tournament at all - I had a State Exam on June 19 - the round-robin system allows for varying the rounds.
Week 4 (until the end of June) - third game (started with Spiritt, postponed and agreed to finish after July 2). Also, from June 19 to the end of June, I was finishing debts in other tournaments. If Alex or Britvochka had suggested an agreement, I would naturally have found a way, but I didn't suggest it to them myself because I don't like starting new games when there are several postponed ones, and during that period there were about 4.
Week 5 (from June 29 to July 5) I planned to finish all SOY games, as I had cleared the other tournaments. I would have easily made it in time.

Our game with Britvochka - the last one by deadlines in this tournament - by draw it's a round 5 game, meaning formally it should have been played specifically in this week from June 29 to July 5. I don't write offers to play offline; it seems silly to me, why offer a person to play if they aren't there? From July 2, Andrey stopped appearing on the forum as well. I had no info about his plans.
