I have the Gold Edition from 1C, with a good Russian translation. After completing the main quest of the Shivering Isles (Gray March is stopped, I am Sheogorath, and everyone there loves and respects me), I return to Cyrodiil, approach any NPC, and the game starts displaying something strange. The character stands there, smiles, and blinks their pretty eyes, but instead of the usual greeting, a large font displays "I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY" in most cases. At the same time, I can still trade with them, improve my relationship, and learn from them. I tried disabling all plugins, including the Shivering Isles, except for the Aranmar house (I didn't have any particular problems with it before, even with the teleportation spell, and I left a lot of good stuff in the chests there). It didn't help at all, and everything used to work with the plugins before, although the game was a bit laggy, but it was tolerable. At best, I can ask the NPC about rumors. Interestingly, there was a very unfriendly Khajiit in the Dark Brotherhood, from whom I periodically bought lockpicks. Now, instead of cursing at me with his usual colorful language, he says the standard "Hello" and "Goodbye." In the cities, they mostly talk about the relics of the Crusader.
Reinstalling the game, deleting ALL plugins (including the official ones), and changing the character's name don't help. I suspect that an option responsible for dialogues has been corrupted in some file. I don't want to mess with the code myself; maybe someone can give me more detailed instructions?
