Somewhere around 60 to 40 in favor of the Rampart... But it felt like either the Rampart had incredibly strong defensive positions, with various hiding spots, resource nodes, and readily available secondary units, while the Stronghold was struggling, or vice versa... There was absolutely no balance to be seen....
