SoY-5: Online Tournaments "Seasons of year" - "Seasons" - Spring Season 2009

I don't understand why I was awarded technical points instead of technical wins in the cases of Pete and Alex. I offered them games, but they didn't offer to play via ICQ. What principle is used to award technical points, and to whom should they be awarded? Determining a winner when more than half of the games haven't been played is, in my opinion, an insult to the tournament :smile38:. I suggest, if possible, to approach this with understanding, extend the deadlines, and finish the tournament.
