Yes, but the fourth installment was significantly different from the third, and the developers could have come up with something new for the fifth part as well (at least by increasing the number of unit levels). To be honest, I didn't like the fourth game very much at first, but after playing it for a while, I found it to be quite good. I would like the sixth game to have a lot of new features as well.
